All registered participants and accompanying persons must wear their badges to gain admission to sessions and social events.

Refund Policy

Cancellation of registration will be accepted under the following circumstances:
1) Until 2010, April 15 - Refund of 70% of paid value
2) Until 2010, June 15 - Refund of 50% of paid value
3) After June 15 - No refund.  

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
