The language of the conference will be English, with simultaneous translation for Portuguese.

We anticipate a wide spectrum of delegates, ranging from those academia, hospitals, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, government institutes, etc.
Conference Badges
Delegates are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times in order to allow them to
participate in conference events.

The official currency in Brazil is Real (R$). Other currencies can be converted into Real at airports, banks, hotels, and exchange offices. The most of major credit cards are widely

Health
It is essential to have health insurance in Brazil as hospital and medical fees are expensive. For most regions of the
country you don't need to worry about vaccinations. Yellow fever shots are necessary however if you plan to visit
the following states; Acre , Amazonas, Goias, Maranhao, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Para , Rondonia, Amapá
and Roraima. For these regions vaccination against typhoid, polio and malaria is also recommended.
Visa
You are responsible to obtain your own visa to enter Brazil. Please consult with your own travel agent to ensure that
you have a valid visa before departing from your country.
A Visa to enter Brazil is required for foreign nationals of countries such as USA , Canada and Mexico. EU citizens
usually do not need a visa to travel to Brazil. Please, check at a Brazilian consulate or embassy in your country to find
out if a visa is required. If necessary, the visa should be issued at your country of origin.
