Abstract Submission


The Scientific Committee invites all the participants to submit abstracts on one of the topics listed below.

Abstract topics:

• Nutrigenomics
• Antimutagenesis
• Anticarcinogenesis


Guidelines

1. Abstracts can be submitted only via internet http://www.eventus.com.br/ci/inconicmaa2010/en
Online submission will close on June 26, 2010.

2. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

3. Maximum 200 a 450 words - 2000 characters including spaces, but excluding the title and the authors.

4. Abstracts should be concise, related to the conference topics and not previously presented or published. They must be publication-ready. No reformatting or retyping will be undertaken.

5. Abstract should state clearly the Background/aims, Method, Results and Conclusions of the study.

6. Abstracts must not include tables, graphs or figures.

7. The Program Committee will select abstracts for oral and poster presentation.

8. After having submitted your abstract you will receive a confirmation of receipt by Email (please make sure to indicate your correct Email address)

9. After Program Committee evaluation, all accepted abstracts authors will be notified by email latest by July, 15, 2010.

Each abstract must include among its authors at least one registered participant.

How To Prepare Your Poster

Posters must be written in English.
They should be no bigger than 90 cm wide, 110 cm high.
The title of the presentation and the authors’ names must be indicated at the top of the poster.
Double-sided tape will be available in the poster area and at the Information Desk to fix the posters to the boards. It is absolutely forbidden to use drawing pins, nails or similar.
Each poster will be displayed during one of the three days, 27, 28 or 29 September, 2010. Each poster will be uniquely identified by a number reported in the Scientific Program/Abstract Book that will be distributed on site, together with the allocation of posters to each day. Poster viewing sessions are scheduled between 12.30-14.30 of each day. Posters must be put up at 8.30 in the morning on the assigned day and numbered board. They must be removed by presenters the same day of the presentation after the end of the session no later than 17.30. Posters left on the boards after the above deadline will be destroyed.

The presenting authors wearing their personal badges are expected to be present in the poster area close to their boards during the viewing session of the assigned day. All authors are encouraged to bring some handouts of their poster to take the best opportunity to communicate their data.
